Main spices and salt:
Basically we deal with the spices, which used by butchers, or meat processing plants:
- Sweet and hot paprika
- Whole and ground peppers
- Whole and ground cumin
- Garlic (sliced, powder, granulate), and some kinds of onion etc.
- Vacuum salt, Nitric salt
We make the spice-mixes for 10kg sausage meat mainly, but we have opportunity to make bigger packets. Some type from our supply:
- For white sausages: Salami, Tea sausage
- With paprika: Csaba and Gyula style, Smoked sausage, Hot „thick” sausage
- Grill mixes: Racy/Piquant, Bavarian, Hungarian, Gyros
- Other mixes: Liverwurst, Debrecen type, Turista type etc.
