Main spices and salt:

Basically we deal with the spices, which used by butchers, or meat processing plants:

  • Sweet and hot paprika
  • Chili
  • Whole and ground peppers
  • Marjoram
  • Whole and ground cumin
  • Garlic (sliced, powder, granulate), and some kinds of onion etc.
  • Vacuum salt, Nitric salt


We make the spice-mixes for 10kg sausage meat mainly, but we have opportunity to make bigger packets. Some type from our supply:

  • For white sausages: Salami, Tea sausage
  • With paprika: Csaba and Gyula style, Smoked sausage, Hot „thick” sausage
  • Grill mixes: Racy/Piquant, Bavarian, Hungarian, Gyros
  • Other mixes: Liverwurst, Debrecen type, Turista type etc.
